| Doreen Mosher is a Vice President-Career Transition Division with Innovational Services. She is dedicated to causing and creating a transformational experience for our clients resulting in unlimited growth and possibility. Doreen brings more than 15 years experience in team leadership, project management, and operations management. Her extensive background in leading teams in performance-driven rapidly changing environments informs her keen guidance and mentoring abilities and allows her to deliver exceptional results for a wide range of clients from various industries. Doreen’s career began at Fox News in Philadelphia in the role of Chief Editor. She excelled in the intense newsroom culture driving accountability through organization, preparation, and strong relationship building, which resulted in high quality Emmy award-winning programming. Doreen progressed to an Associate Producer position for a nationally syndicated reality television show where she led production teams in cities across the U-S. In this role, she excelled at motivating, coaching and inspiring collaboration between the production team and community business leaders. Seeking new challenges, Doreen later accepted the position of Operations Director for Snack Knack, an innovative children’s product company servicing major accounts such as Toys “R” Us, Babies “R’ US, and Target.com. Throughout Doreen’s career, she has built and fostered lasting relationships by encouraging individual expression and self-discovery. She has a passion for connecting others and being the catalyst in creating new relationships. Doreen’s authenticity and intuition help enable her to enroll others in innovative efforts while empowering them to breakthrough barriers and generate extraordinary results. Doreen serves on the Board of Professional Women’s Roundtable and also enjoys volunteering for organizations that empower women to live into their true potential.
